QBP Foundation

Continuing a Legacy. Creating Opportunities.

ABOUT

Our Story

The QBP Foundation exists to ensure every child has the opportunity to play baseball, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.

For many families, the cost of uniforms, gloves, bats, cleats, equipment bags, and registration fees places organized sports out of reach. Our mission is to remove those barriers and help young athletes pursue their dreams.

The Foundation was established in memory of Quincy Bernard Pitts, who passed away on April 5, 2022, following injuries sustained in a tragic automobile accident.

Quincy was more than an athlete. He was a mentor, coach, and servant who invested countless hours into helping young baseball and softball players develop their skills and confidence.

As a semi-professional baseball player, Quincy dreamed of playing in Major League Baseball while sharing his passion with the next generation. Although his life was cut short before his professional tryouts, his legacy continues through every child the Foundation serves.

Every glove we provide, every uniform we purchase, and every child we help honors Quincy's commitment to making baseball accessible to everyone.

Our Mission

To remove financial barriers that prevent children from participating in baseball by providing equipment, resources, and opportunities that inspire confidence, character, and hope.

Our Vision

A future where every child who desires to play baseball has the opportunity to do so regardless of financial circumstances.

Initiate a Partnership for Lasting Impact

“If you build it, he will come.”

At QBP Foundation, we believe in building more than fields—we believe in building opportunities.

Every glove donated, every uniform provided, and every child supported helps create a place where dreams are possible. For many of these young athletes, stepping onto the field is their first real chance to believe in something bigger than their circumstances.

We’re building our own Field of Dreams—one child, one team, and one opportunity at a time.
